Events from regional military administrations
OVA is a regional military administration, a state authority that exercises management and coordination in the territory of a region during martial law. As an organizer, OVA conducts measures and makes decisions regarding civil defense, evacuation, resource distribution, and other issues related to ensuring public safety. In Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, OVA is actively involved in coordinating local initiatives and interacting with the public.
