Reorganization and development of medical institutions
Optimization of medical facilities is a process of reorganization and improvement of hospital and medical institution operations aimed at enhancing the quality of medical care provision and the efficiency of resource utilization. In Mykolaiv region and other regions of Ukraine, this process includes restructuring the network of healthcare facilities, updating material and technical infrastructure, and attracting financing for development and modernization. Optimization involves both the closure of ineffective institutions and the creation of new specialized centers and laboratories to improve public access to quality medical care.
