Odesa Zoo is a scientific research and cultural-educational institution in Odesa that is part of the nature reserve fund objects of Ukraine of national significance. The institution is engaged in forming and maintaining a collection of animals, preserving rare and endangered species, conducting scientific research and educational work. The zoo also provides cultural services to the population and promotes the development of ecological awareness among citizens.
