The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (Mintsyfra) is a central executive authority responsible for formulating and implementing state policy in the field of digitalization. The Ministry is engaged in implementing electronic services, developing digital literacy among citizens, managing national electronic information resources, and ensuring interaction between state information systems. Among its initiatives are the launch of state registries, deployment of mobile centers for providing administrative services in regions, and support for digital transformation at the local level.
