Meeting

A session is an official meeting of local government bodies, commissions, and executive structures, where decisions are considered and adopted on matters of local development, budget, utilities, and other important community affairs. Such sessions can be plenary (with the participation of all council members) or commission-based (within specialized standing commissions). Sessions are conducted according to an established procedure and are an important part of the process of making management decisions at the local level.
