Events from the IAEA
IAEA — International Atomic Energy Agency, a specialized UN agency that deals with control and monitoring of nuclear safety worldwide. On the territory of Ukraine, the IAEA conducts observation of nuclear power plants' operations, in particular the Zaporizhzhia and South Ukraine NPPs, especially under conditions of Russian aggression. The organization regularly sends missions to assess the state of nuclear safety and informs about potential risks to the population and the environment.
