Land Reforms and Policy

Land reforms are a complex of legislative and administrative measures aimed at transforming the system of land ownership and land use in Ukraine. Such reforms address issues of privatization, confiscation, redistribution of land resources, and establishment of new rules for their use. In Mykolaiv region and other regions of Ukraine, land reforms are relevant in the context of military operations, return of confiscated lands, and changes in the value of land plots.
