Housing subsidies and housing assistance

A housing subsidy is state financial assistance aimed at supporting citizens in solving housing problems. It includes compensation for damaged property, assistance with paying utilities, housing certificates, preferential mortgage programs, and other forms of material support. Such programs are particularly relevant for regions of Ukraine affected by military action, young families, and low-income citizens. The state implements these initiatives through local budgets and special funds.
