Housing certificates and compensations
Housing certificates are state documents that grant the right to receive funds or housing for the restoration or construction of new housing. In Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, such certificates are issued to residents whose homes were destroyed as a result of military operations, as well as to internally displaced persons. The program provides for cash compensation payments or the provision of housing certificates for the reconstruction of the housing stock in affected regions.
