Daily action held at 9:00 during a minute of silence
The action consists of stopping all transport and pedestrians at 9:00 during an all-Ukrainian minute of silence to honor those who died in the war with Russia with a minute of silence. In Odesa, patrol police help stop traffic at the locations where the action takes place.
