Forgery of documents and fraud
Document forgery is a criminal offense that involves the manufacture, distribution, or use of counterfeit official documents. Such crimes include the falsification of passports, certificates, seals, diplomas, and other documents of state significance. The problem of document forgery remains relevant for Ukraine, especially in the context of military operations and migration control. Law enforcement agencies actively investigate such cases and bring the guilty to criminal responsibility.
