Poster of events for Embroidery Day
World Embroidery Day is an international celebration dedicated to preserving the traditions of Ukrainian ethnic embroidered clothing. It is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of May. On this day, Ukrainians and supporters of the culture wear embroidered shirts, organize exhibitions, campaigns, and cultural events. In the Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions, Embroidery Day becomes an occasion for public initiatives, charitable campaigns, and demonstrations of national identity.
