HOA and building management
An OSBB is an association of apartment owners in a multi-apartment building that manages common property, maintains the building, and coordinates utility services. Such organizations address issues of repairs, energy efficiency, safety, and development of residential complexes. OSBBs often attract state funding and grants for building modernization, particularly for energy conservation and restoration after damage. These associations play an important role in local housing management and civic activity in Ukrainian cities.
