Complaints and appeals of citizens
Citizens' appeals are written or oral appeals, complaints, proposals, and petitions that citizens of Ukraine have a constitutional right to submit to government bodies, local self-government, and other institutions. Such appeals concern violations of rights, problems in the provision of utilities, improvement of public spaces, security, and other matters of local importance. Government bodies are obliged to consider appeals and provide a substantiated response within the timeframe established by law. On the platform, this tag brings together publications about complaints and appeals from city residents regarding current problems in their communities.
