Bullying and cyberbullying in schools
Bullying is the systematic persecution, abuse, and aggression of one person or group against another person who cannot defend themselves. The phenomenon encompasses physical violence, verbal insults, social isolation, and cyberbullying on networks. In the Odesa region and other regions of Ukraine, bullying in schools and online spaces remains a serious problem that requires intervention from law enforcement, educators, and parents.
