Andriy Guliy-Gulenko

Andrii Huliy-Hulenko was a Ukrainian military figure during the Ukrainian People's Republic, a cossack leader and general-khorunzhyi of the UPR army. He participated in Ukraine's liberation struggles at the beginning of the twentieth century. His name is immortalized in the toponymy of Ukrainian cities, particularly in Odesa, where streets are renamed in honor of heroes of the national liberation movement.
