The enemy launched an attack on Odesa; there are casualties

On the afternoon of July 31, Russian occupation forces launched a missile strike on Odesa. Reports of damage and casualties have already emerged.

This was reported by Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration.

According to him, the enemy attacked Odesa. Infrastructure and the roof of an educational institution were damaged.

There are casualties; details are being clarified.

Earlier, the Air Force had warned of missiles moving from the Black Sea.

“The missiles are continuing to move toward Odesa/Chornomorsk,” the Air Force statement said.
