One person killed, three wounded in Kherson region

On March 20, 2026, one person died and three others were injured in Kherson region as a result of hostile shelling.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.

Dozens of localities in the region, including Beryslav, Bilozerka, Rakivka, Kucherske, Dudchany, Blahovishchenske, Tomaryne, Sofiyivka, Antonivka, Burgunka, Vesele, Ivanivka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Lvov, Mykilske, Mykolaivka, Milove, Novotyanka, Olhivka, Prydniprovske, Tokarivka, Zmiivka, Sablukivka, and the city of Kherson, came under massive attacks by drones, aircraft, and artillery.

The Russian military targeted social infrastructure and residential areas. The strikes damaged a multi-storey building and at least seven private houses. The destruction of administrative buildings and a gas pipeline was also recorded.

In addition, seven people were evacuated from the liberated communities in the region. Authorities are urging residents of dangerous areas to move to safer places.

As Intent previously wrote on March 19, 2026, 2 high-rise buildings and 21 private houses were damaged as a result of Russian attacks in Kherson region. An outbuilding, gas networks, a private garage and cars of local residents were also damaged. Two people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.

In addition, on March 18, Russian troops continuously shelled the region with drones, air strikes, and artillery, putting dozens of settlements and Kherson itself under fire.

The occupiers targeted residential areas and critical infrastructure. The attacks damaged at least two high-rise buildings and ten private houses. A mobile phone tower, outbuildings, a shop, a museum building, a private garage and cars of local residents were destroyed.

It should be noted that on March 16, 2 multi-storey buildings and 6 private houses were damaged as a result of the occupiers' strikes. A penitentiary institution, a gas pipeline, a private garage and cars were also damaged.

In addition, 1 person was killed and 9 others were injured, including 1 child.
