A woman was killed and 18 people were injured as a result of a KAB attack in Kherson

On August 1, at around 4:00 p.m., Russian forces once again shelled Kherson with guided aerial bombs (GAB). A 54-year-old woman was killed in the attack.
This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Another 18 people sustained various injuries, and ten of them were taken to the hospital.Women aged 59, 72, 63, 61, and 21, as well as men aged 48, 40, 25, 70, and 65, are receiving medical care. They have been diagnosed with various injuries, including blast injuries, closed head injuries, concussions, shrapnel wounds, contusions, fractures, and concussions.
Two healthcare facilities, private homes, and storage facilities were damaged as a result of the strikes.
In total, over the past day, Russian forces damaged 4 high-rise buildings and 72 private homes across the region. The occupiers also destroyed a store, a library, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles.
Fourteen people were evacuated from liberated communities in the region to safe areas.
The day before, on July 31, Russian forces dropped four KAB bombs on the center of Kherson. The strikes hit an educational institution and residential buildings. As a result of the destruction, people were trapped under the rubble.
Earlier, on July 30, Russian forces damaged five high-rise buildings and eight private homes in the Kherson region. The occupiers also destroyed an administrative building, a store, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles. Four people were killed, and five others were injured.
