A drone injured an elderly couple in the Odesa region

On the afternoon of June 16, the Russians once again attacked the Odesa region with drones, damaging a private home.
This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the attack sparked a fire, which has since been extinguished. Preliminary reports indicate that an elderly couple—a 70-year-old woman and a 71-year-old man—were injured. The woman was hospitalized in moderate condition.
On the morning of June 12, the Russians struck the Odesa region with a missile, hitting private homes in the southern part of the region. Two people sustained shrapnel wounds. They were provided with the necessary medical care. Another missile strike damaged solar panels on the grounds of a business. No one was injured. Cleanup efforts are ongoing at the scene.
Earlier, on the night of June 10, Russian forces attacked Odesa with strike drones. Tworesidential buildingsin the city’s Primorsky district were hit, injuring three people, including two children. One of the buildings sustained the most damage; a fire broke out after it was struck by an enemy drone. The fire engulfed an apartment on the fifth floor, which was almost completely destroyed. Another residentialbuildingwas damaged at a different address. There, the shock wave and debris damaged residents’ property, shattered windows, and partially destroyed the facade at the 11th-floor level.
On the morning of June 8, Russian forces attacked a public transportation stop, injuring three people. Two women, aged 64 and 65, were waiting fora minibus, and the third victim was a 55-year-old minibus driver. All were taken to a medical facility with shrapnel wounds.
In Chornomorsk, a drone struck a residential building—no one was injured there. Additionally, as a result of an enemy attack in the southern part of the region, equipment at one of the energy facilities was damaged.
