Currently, 25.3 thousand families in Odesa district, in particular in the Peresypskyi district of Odesa, are without electricity.

The enemy continues the energy terror in Odesa region. Over the past day, specialists managed to restore electricity to 83.4 thousand families. On the night of March 29, the Russian army struck again at the civilian and energy infrastructure of Odesa Oblast.
An energy facility was damaged. Also, one of the drones hit a private residential building, partially destroying the facade. There is damage to the territory of a dacha cooperative. The fires were promptly extinguished by a rescuer from the State Emergency Service. There were no reports of fatalities or injuries. The attack caused power outages in a number of localities.
According to the Air Force Command, on the night of March 29, the enemy attacked Ukraine with a Kinzhal air-ballistic missile and 442 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmass and other types of attack drones. According to preliminary data, as of 9:00 a.m., air defense neutralized 380 enemy Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones.
There were hits of 16 attack drones at seven locations, as well as the fall of downed drones (wreckage) at 14 locations.

Meanwhile, Odesa Electric Transport resumed running in test mode on March 28, 2026, after a long forced downtime. On the morning of December 31, 2025, the head of the Odesa City Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said that due to a power shortage, trams and trolleybuses in Odesa were not yet operating. On the evening of the same day, the mayors of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, and Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych , announced that they had sent buses to Odesa to replace trams and trolleybuses on the city's streets. Subsequently, buses arrived from other regions, with the last batch of five vehicles arriving on February 28, 2026.
