Two fires break out in Odesa region due to night attack

Winter in Odesa region began with rain and a Russian drone attack on the city of Ovidiopol.

According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Odesa Oblast, the attack caused fires in two separate buildings.

It is currently known that the fires have been extinguished and there are no casualties.

Prior to that, on November 27, Russians attacked Odesa region with attack drones, and despite the work of the Armed Forces' air defense, some of the drones damaged civilian objects. The attack damaged the facades and windows of two residential buildings, the building of an equestrian club, and a gas station. In some places, fires broke out and were quickly extinguished by rescuers. There are no reports of casualties or injuries.

On the night of November 25, the enemy launched a large-scale drone attack in the Odesa region. Fires and equipment damage occurred at some port and energy infrastructure facilities. Six people were injured by falling debris, including two children.

Also on the night of November 24, an attack by enemy drones was recorded in the south of the region. This time, the attack targeted civilian port facilities, causing damage to equipment. A fire broke out on one of the unused vessels, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers. The vessels were quickly unmoored, cargo operations were temporarily suspended and moved to safe areas.

On the night of November 22, Russian troops launched a new massive attack on the southern territories of Odesa region, in particular on the Izmail district. The attack damaged the facades, roofs and windows of administrative buildings. Significant destruction was recorded in one of the parking lots - 11 trucks were damaged and two people were injured.

On the morning of November 21, during a prolonged air raid, Russian troops attacked Odesa region with attack drones. Debris and non-detonation hits were recorded in various parts of the city and region, including a private sector, an unfinished 11-story building, and a hotel.

In the afternoon, falling debris and new hits were recorded in the Odesa region. At least one person was injured and a number of residential and non-residential buildings and garages in Odesa were damaged.
