On the afternoon of June 23, Russians launched a missile attack on Odesa region and destroyed a local educational institution in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper.
"The enemy attacked the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi with ballistic missiles. Russians destroyed a local educational institution. There may be people under the rubble - adults from the teaching staff. Fortunately, children are on vacation and were not at school. The relief and search operations are already underway," he wrote.
