The occupation court sentenced a resident of Feodosia to 17 years

A court in Sevastopol has sentenced Feodosia resident Mykola Davydenko to 17 years in prison. Davydenko was found guilty of 'high treason', as well as manufacturing and storage of explosives.

The 59-year-old man allegedly contacted a representative of the SBU via the Internet. It is alleged that in 2023-2024 he seized a detonator and explosives at a cemetery in the Dzhankoy district, and then hid them near the Yalta-Sevastopol highway. It is not known whether the man has admitted his guilt. There are no comments from him or his defense team on the case. The SBU and other Ukrainian special services have not yet commented on the verdict.
Crimean political prisoner Emiruseinov was diagnosed with diabetes in the colony. According to the political prisoner's wife, he has developed skin diseases, which are significantly worsened by diabetes. ''If he scratches himself, the wound becomes inflamed and does not heal for a long time. I attribute this directly to diabetes,'' she said.
Emiruseinov's health problems began in prison in Balashov, Saratov region, where he complained of severe itching in his legs and rapid weight loss - he lost 16 kilograms in two months. His eyesight had also deteriorated significantly, making it impossible for him to read and write. He was diagnosed with diabetes in the prison hospital. In April 2024, Emiruseinov was transferred to the correctional colony #6 in Bezhetsk.
