At night, the enemy launched a new massive missile attack on the southern districts of Odesa region. Despite the active work of air defense forces, the missiles hit civilian objects. The facades, roofs and windows of administrative buildings were damaged, and 11 trucks were damaged in a local parking lot.

Two more are receiving medical care on an outpatient basis: a 67-year-old man due to an acute stress reaction, and a 43-year-old man with facial burns.
On the morning of November 21, during a prolonged air raid, Russians attacked Odesa region with attack drones. Debris fell or hit without detonation in several areas of Odesa and the region, including the private sector, an unfinished building on the 11th floor, and a hotel. In the afternoon, debris from drones was also seen falling in the Odesa region and hits were reported. At least one person was injured and residential and non-residential buildings and garages in Odesa were damaged.
On the night of November 14, Russian troops again attacked the south of Odesa region with attack drones, hitting civilian infrastructure. The air defense forces destroyed most of the drones, but the strikes still caused damage to civilian and energy facilities.
As a result of the strike, fires broke out at the energy facility, and a nearby residential building and garage roof were damaged. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fires, but one person was injured - a 61-year-old man was treated at the scene.
