Ten apartments destroyed as a result of Russian attack on Odesa

Law enforcement officials have launched a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes that resulted in the death of a person due to the drone attack on Odesa on the night of July 18.
According to the press service of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, on the night of July 19, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked Odesa with attack drones. It has been preliminarily established that the enemy used more than 20 UAVs.
As a result of the attack, a woman was killed, six other local residents were injured with varying degrees of severity and are being treated. Information about other possible victims is being clarified.
At least eight residential buildings were damaged, with almost ten apartments in one of them destroyed to the ground. The premises of a medical laboratory, shops, a beauty salon, catering establishments and cars of the townspeople were also damaged.
A full list of destruction and damage is being established.
The Odesa City Council reported that district operational headquarters are operating in Kyivskyi and Khadzhybeyskyi districts of Odesa. Employees of the district administration accept applications for financial assistance under the "Unbreakable Odesa" program and provide advice on the package of documents to be collected for registration under the eRestoration program.
Earlier, the State Emergency Service in Odesa Oblast reported 11 injuries as a result of a Russian drone attack on Odesa on July 11.
The strike caused a fire, damaged a service station building, residential buildings and a stable. 1 animal was killed. The former head of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Council, Hryhoriy Melnychenko, who was driving in the center of Odesa at the time of the attack, also sustained minor damage to his car and ear.
Earlier, fragments of one of the drones used by the Russians to shell Odesa on July 3 damaged the building of the Chinese consulate in the city.
On July 3, Russian troops attacked Odesa, injuring five people, including two children aged 7 and 9. A residential high-rise building was damaged, with more than 40 apartments affected. The enemy struck a residential area, partially destroying an apartment building and other civilian infrastructure.
Preliminary, six apartments were completely destroyed, and 36 others sustained varying degrees of damage. The blast wave smashed windows, damaged ceilings and communications.
On the night of June 30, a Russian drone hit car repair shops and a storage area for special equipment of the Odesa branch of the Infoksvodokanal. The strike damaged several dozen pieces of equipment, including vehicles of repair crews, an excavator, tankers and sludge pumps.
