TCC officer promised to help a soldier escape from the unit for 10 thousand dollars

An officer of the recruitment and manning department of one of the departments of the Odesa District Territorial Center for Manning and Social Support, who demanded and received an undue benefit for the secret removal of a mobilized man from the training center.
This was reported by the press service of the Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office in the Southern Region.
According to the investigation, the official, acting in collusion with currently unidentified persons, demanded an undue advantage in the amount of USD 10 thousand from a representative of a mobilized man who is serving in another region.
In exchange for this money, he promised to organize employees of the RTC and JV to secretly take the serviceman out of the training center during the transportation of mobilized persons and, bypassing checkpoints, deliver him to Odesa for further evasion of military service. The organizer of the scheme was detained while receiving the full amount of the bribe.
The official was served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A motion is being prepared to the court to choose a custody as a measure of restraint.
Earlier, the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal, located in Odesa, upheld the decision of the court from Mykolaiv, which canceled the order of the head of the territorial recruitment center to enlist the man and ordered the military unit to remove him from the personnel lists. The court proceeded from the fact that the plaintiff cannot be held liable for the proper communication of information about the deferment to the defendant, as such a procedure depends on communication between the company where the plaintiff works, and not on the plaintiff's actions, and therefore concluded that the order of the head of the TCC was unlawful and should be canceled.
