Russian Invasion Damages 9,396 Facilities in Kherson Region Since 2022

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the terrorist country has damaged more than 9,000 facilities in the Kherson region. In March 2025, Russian troops destroyed 120 facilities in the Kherson region. The Bilozerska community suffered the most.

According to Mykhailo Lynetskyi, the head of the Kherson RGA, to Bilozerka.info, the enemy attacked 115 private houses, two apartment buildings, as well as three administrative and other buildings.

In Stanislavska community, 73 objects were damaged, in Bilozerska - 32, and in Dariivka - 15.

Power lines, vehicles, warehouses and administrative buildings were also damaged. Some facilities received new damage, which led to a change in their category, added the head of the RMA.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, as of early April, 9396 objects have been damaged in Kherson district, including 87 apartment buildings and 9073 private houses. In addition, the following were damaged:

  • 29 schools
  • 19 kindergartens
  • 24 healthcare facilities
  • 37 administrative and other buildings;
  • 46 sports and cultural institutions;
  • 81 roads, bridges and other transportation infrastructure facilities.

Most of the destruction was recorded in Bilozerska community - 3048 objects, in Stanislavska - 2163, in Dar'yivska - 2100, in Chornobaivska - 2038, and in Muzykivska - 44 objects.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Russian army has carried out more than 2,500 attacks on the Kherson city territorial community. For comparison, in 2024, about eight thousand such attacks were recorded. As a result of this year's attacks, more than 400 people were injured, including 39 children. More than 40 residents of the community, including four children, became victims of shelling.

Kherson also remains under constant fire - Russian troops are shelling from the territories beyond the Dnipro River. In 2024, the occupiers fired dozens of missiles, drones, and bombs, and caused large-scale destruction by blowing up the Kakhovka Dam.
