Russian Drones Damage Transport Infrastructure in Odesa Region

Odesa region came under an enemy attack. The occupants hit civilian infrastructure facilities.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.
"The enemy used attack drones that hit several important facilities in the region. As a result of two waves of attacks, a transport infrastructure facility was damaged, and a fire broke out at the site of the attack, which rescuers quickly extinguished. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
According to the official, all relevant services are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attacks. Law enforcement officers documented the incident as another war crime of the Russian Federation against the civilian population of Odesa region.
On December 12, Odesa and Odesa region came under massive attacks by Russian missiles and drones. As a result of the attacks, as of the morning of December 13, most of the city was without electricity and water supply. The shelling began on the night of December 12, continued intermittently throughout the day on December 13, and continued into the night. Due to the lack of electricity, the water supply in Odesa was cut off for almost a day, and was restored in the morning of December 14. Four people were injured during the attacks.
On the night of December 16, Russian troops attacked Odesa region again, using several dozen attack drones. A fire broke out in a warehouse with household appliances, where boilers and heaters were stored. The fire was completely extinguished, and a neighboring warehouse of another logistics company was saved. According to preliminary reports, no one was injured in the attack.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has recently allocated additional funds to eliminate the consequences of the shelling and cover the priority needs in a number of regions of the country, including Odesa Oblast. In total, over UAH 197 million will be allocated to 43 communities in the region.
