Russian Drone Attack in Kherson Leaves 1 Dead, 6 Injured

The Russian military has again attacked a shuttle bus in Kherson with a drone, leaving 6 injured and one dead.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson Regional Military Administration, men aged 56 and 72, as well as a 66-year-old woman were taken to the hospital with mine-blast injuries. They are currently being examined by doctors.

"More detailed information is being clarified," the official added.

Earlier, Prokudin said that at about 6:30 a.m. in Kozatske, the enemy dropped explosives from a drone on a 63-year-old man. He received injuries incompatible with life. Also in the morning, it became known that the heart of a 65-year-old woman who had been hit by a Russian UAV in Antonivka the day before had stopped beating. According to the head of KHOVA, doctors fought for her life to the last, but her injuries were too severe.

In total, on March 1, 10 people were injured as a result of Russian aggression, including 1 child. In the afternoon, the Russian military attacked Dariivka from a UAV. An 11-year-old child was injured as a result of the drone's explosive drop. Doctors diagnosed a head injury, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to the face and abdomen. The child's condition is serious.

On February 28, the occupiers dropped explosives on a civilian car in Kherson region. Three residents of the region were injured. Earlier, Russian troops shelled civilian infrastructure in Kherson and Beryslav districts, injuring 12 people, including three police officers.

In total, 13 residents of Kherson were killed in February as a result of Russian shelling, and 113 others were injured of varying severity. In January 2025, 16 residents of Kherson were killed in enemy attacks, and another 154 were injured.
