The Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support has launched an internal investigation into an incident involving military personnel and civilians, the video of which was posted on social media.
The TCC did not say where the incident took place or what exactly happened, but emphasized that the activities of the military should be carried out exclusively within the framework of current legislation.
"We are ready to provide full assistance to law enforcement agencies to conduct a comprehensive and objective investigation. Only an official investigation can establish the actual chronology of events and give a legal assessment of the actions of all participants," the regional TCC said.

Meanwhile, a number of telegram channels have posted a video showing a man being put into a minibus with two women screaming loudly. The man's head and arm are visible through the door, which is not fully closed, and is being blocked from the outside by a man in military uniform as the bus drives away.
The video gives the impression that the man is trying to prevent the door from being closed and exit the bus. In the end, the man is either dragged into the bus or falls in. The doors are closed and the bus drives off.
The commentary under the video reads: "in Odesa, a doctor ended up in intensive care after a conflict with representatives of the TCC". However, neither the TCC nor the authors of the video say whether the man in the video is the same doctor and whether this video was the reason for the inspection.
The police have not yet commented on the video or the statement of the regional TCC.
Earlier, the Odesa Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support responded to a video showing a woman trying to prevent the detention of a man and trying to prevent him from being taken away in a bus, but the military moved and dragged the woman several meters.
