Odesa municipality has decided to revise the list of critical enterprises due to the change in the city's status.

This was reported to Intent by the press service of the municipality.

"Given the change in the status of the city to a city located in the territory of hostilities, the list of critical enterprises will be revised in accordance with the order," the press service said.

Earlier, a number of media outlets circulated a document called Order No. 1151, signed by Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction Oleksiy Kuleba. This order recognized the territories of 119 communities in the Odesa region as combat zones. In particular, the list includes: Odesa, Chornomorsk, Izmail, Zatoka, Karolino-Buhaz, Kilia, Vilkovo, Ovidiopol, and Rozdilna.

Intent contacted the Odesa CMA, where they said they were waiting for communication from the Ministry of Communities and Territorial Development of Ukraine.

All of these communities receive the status of victims of armed aggression, and their residents are entitled to state aid, internal relocation and social benefits.

Meanwhile, the head of the Odesa regional administration, Oleh Kiper, said that the government has adopted the first package of a comprehensive program to support the frontline regions. It covers territories in 10 regions, including Odesa.

The program stipulates that the government will provide UAH 19.4 thousand for solid fuel and compensation for the cost of 100 kW/month for electricity per person. It also provides for a 33% increase in the payment for public works.

In addition, the government plans to provide funding for free meals: for students in grades 1-4 throughout Ukraine and grades 5-11 in the frontline and border regions, including at the expense of the World Food Program.
