Occupiers wound a man with a drone in Mykolaiv

An elderly man was wounded in a Russian attack in Mykolaiv region. He is currently in the hospital and receiving treatment.

This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim.

A 71-year-old man was injured as a result of an FPV drone strike by Russian troops in the village of Solonchaky, Kutsurub community. He was hospitalized and his condition is assessed as moderate. Currently, doctors are providing all necessary assistance.

According to the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, on January 11, at 13:57, Russian troops fired artillery at the Kutsurub community. Later, at 15:29 and 16:04, the enemy attacked the waters of the Ochakiv community using FPV drones. Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of these attacks.

Also on January 11, a dry grass fire started in Voznesensk district due to the fall of drone debris. The fire was promptly extinguished with no casualties. And on January 10, Russians carried out seven attacks with FPV drones on the Kutsurub community. The shelling damaged residential buildings in the villages of Dmytrivka, Dniprovske and Solonchaky.

In addition, on January 9, at about 16:10, the Russian occupiers attacked Mykolaiv with a drone. A 49-year-old man was injured as a result of the attack. He was hospitalized, his condition is currently stable and he is receiving the necessary medical care. Two residential buildings, three outbuildings and a power line were damaged in the village of Dmytrivka.

Earlier, on January 5, the Russian army sent an X-59 cruise missile and kamikaze drones to the Mykolaiv region. In total, the occupiers launched 12 attacks with FPV drones and fired one artillery shelling on the territory of the Kutsurub community. As a result of one of the attacks in the village of Dmytrivka, a private house was damaged.
