In the temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russian invaders have launched a new wave of filtration measures under the guise of "checking migration legislation".
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
The security forces are searching dormitories, garden associations and residential areas in search of "unreliable" citizens. The mayor of Sevastopol Razvozhayev said that 730 objects were searched in one district alone. The CNS notes that these actions are not a security measure, but a tool of intimidation, terror and an attempt to identify those who do not support the occupation. This shows that the Kremlin fears resistance in the occupied territories.
The invaders also continue to deliberately Russify the population, in particular, destroying the Ukrainian identity of children in kindergartens. At the same time, there is a critical shortage of medical personnel in the temporarily occupied territories, and the Russians are trying to imitate the tourist season.
A former member of the Verkhovna Rada in Crimea rehabilitated Russian soldiers in sanatoriums. In the annexed Crimea, former MP Oleh Tsarev owns 6 sanatoriums, one of which is rehabilitating participants of Russia's war against Ukraine. For Tsarev, the sanatoriums are a gift from the occupation authorities. Together with his wife Larysa and mother Nina Tsareva, they run resorts in Gaspra, Alushta, and Yevpatoria. The Kirov sanatorium in Yalta brings the most profit to the family - 1.8 billion rubles. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, it has become the main base for the rehabilitation of Russian soldiers. Since 2022, aggressors and their families have been receiving free vouchers through the Russian Social Fund.
