A resident of Kherson region collected information about the movement of Ukrainian military equipment in Mykolaiv region in the direction of Kherson and passed it to the enemy.

According to the Mykolaiv Region Prosecutor's Office, the 44-year-old man recorded the number of vehicles, their types, and took photos with geolocation. He transmitted these "reports" via Telegram to one of the Russian special services' employees, blogger Sergey Lebedev, known by the pseudonym "Shaggy".

After completing the investigation, the Mykolaiv Regional Prosecutor's Office submitted an indictment to the court. The man is accused of high treason committed under martial law.

"During the search, a phone with evidence of cooperation with the enemy was seized from the man. He is currently in custody. If his guilt is proven, he faces life imprisonment, " the prosecutor's office said.

In April, the Security Service of Ukraine exposed a resident of Kherson region who assisted Russian special services. He provided them with access to telecommunications infrastructure to monitor subscribers in the occupied territory. The SBU served the suspect a notice of suspicion under several articles, including assistance to the aggressor state and collaboration.

In late March, law enforcement also detained a collaborator who worked for the Russian invaders in a penal colony during the occupation of Kherson region. He tried to escape by hiding among the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was notified of suspicion of collaboration, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Meanwhile, the SBU has served a notice of suspicion to a Crimean "minister" responsible for integrating Russian propaganda into the culture of the peninsula. She was actively involved in creating propaganda programs and organizing events that glorified Russia's military aggression.
