At a regular meeting of the humanitarian headquarters at the Kherson Regional Military Administration, a decision was made on the next batch of aid for the communities of the region.
This was reported by the press service.
They emphasized that under the leadership of the Deputy Head of the Regional Military Administration Volodymyr Klutsevsky, the necessary resources for medical and social institutions were distributed.
In particular, the prenatal center will receive 3000 liters of fuel for uninterrupted operation, the sports facility will receive Wi-Fi routers and office equipment, and the IDP Assistance Center will receive electric heaters.
Also, one of the hospitals in the region and a social laundry in the Novooleksandrivska community will be provided with washing machines and dryers.
The JCCA noted that the humanitarian headquarters continues to accept applications from communities and social institutions to respond promptly to their needs.
Meanwhile, representatives of the Novovorontsovo community were trained in Germany, where they signed memorandums of partnership between Osokorivka and Lauenbrück, as well as between the Novovorontsovo community and Fintel.
During the visit, the delegation got acquainted with the work of local institutions, including the Simbav e.V. family center in Rothenburg. The experience gained was the impetus for the creation of a similar center in the Novovorontsov community.
In 2024, thanks to the support of Simbav e.V. and its partners, a puppet theater was transferred to Novovorontsovka for the local Culture and Leisure Center. Volunteers from Rothenburg, Lauenbrück and Fintel also prepared about 200 gifts for the community's children.
In addition, Lauenbrück Mayor Jochen Intelmann and his deputy Horst Milbrodt handed over branded kits for the internship participants.
Also in Kherson region, mobile medical teams continue to provide assistance to children in the de-occupied territories.
In addition, volunteer doctors have provided assistance to more than five hundred residents of the Kochubeev community. Also, about 900 residents of Kherson region have already been examined with a mobile fluoroscope.
