In Kherson region, occupation commanders took money from Russians to prevent them from fleeing

In the Kherson sector, the command of the Russian occupation forces has resorted to financial blackmail and control methods to prevent mass desertion among the personnel.
This was reported by the ATES resistance movement with reference to its agent.
In particular, it became known about a case when a company commander forcibly collected bank cards from all his subordinates to completely deprive them of the opportunity to use their own funds. Such actions are related to the desire to prevent escapes just before the soldiers were sent to Donetsk region.
At the same time, the company commander categorically forbade his subordinates to talk about it, threatening to "zero out" those who reported the incident. The cards were promised to be returned only after the redeployment was completed. The Atesh movement said that such actions by the command demonstrate that the Russian authorities "see their military as expendable" and use illegal methods to keep personnel at the front.
Earlier, ATES guerrillas prevented the occupiers from transferring fuel from Crimea to Zaporizhzhia region. According to the activists, the movement's agents successfully conducted an operation to disrupt the occupiers' logistics in Dzhankoy district.
"We were tracking a train with fuel heading to Zaporizhzhia region and struck at the railway infrastructure, destroying a relay cabinet," the guerrillas said.
As a result, the transportation of the equipment was delayed by the railroad, and the occupiers faced supply problems. The sabotage was carried out near the village of Stolbove, Dzhankoy district. "Crimea is Ukraine, and every occupier will be destroyed," ATES added.
