Russian occupants continue to rob Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied Crimea, illegally re-registering their property under their own "laws".
According to the Center of National Resistance, the seized apartments, houses and business facilities not only bring profit to the invaders, but also become a financial resource for further war against Ukraine.
According to the Civil Defense Center, the Russians have already received more than 4.8 billion rubles from the sale of the appropriated property in Crimea. These funds are used for the military needs of the occupiers: purchasing weapons, supplying the army and financing the occupation administrations.
The Center noted that Russia's tactics are not new. The Kremlin follows a standard scheme: take away what belongs to others, legalize the theft through its "regulations" and use the loot for its own benefit.
The cynicism of the situation is that the homes and businesses stolen from Ukrainians help the enemy wage war against their own country. But everyone involved in this crime will sooner or later be brought to justice.
Meanwhile, the occupation authorities are planning to build a new city on Arabat Spit, but only citizens of the Russian Federation will be able to settle there.
The enemy does not stop the process of forcing residents of the temporarily occupied territories to obtain Russian passports. For example, on the left bank of the Kherson region, the occupiers stopped issuing coal for heating private households to those who have not received a Russian passport. One can receive coal or compensation only if they have red waste paper.
Meanwhile, starting February 5, 2025, the Kremlin regime will introduce a new law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the Russian Federation." According to this law, Ukrainians who have not received a Russian passport or changed their citizenship in the temporarily occupied territories will not be able to legalize their relations.
