Flag of Ukraine unfurled in occupied Crimea on Independence Day

At dawn on August 24, the 34th Independence Day of Ukraine, activists unfurled the Ukrainian flag on Mount Kishka in the village of Simeiz.
This was reported by the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement.
"Every dawn reminds us that the darkness is not eternal and the morning without the occupiers will definitely come," the activists wrote.
In particular, the Yellow Ribbon launched the website 24independence.day, where anyone can congratulate the residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine on Independence Day and vice versa - a resident of the TOT can send words of support to the whole of Ukraine.
Yesterday, the movement announced that it will hold the largest resistance action on Independence Day in all cities of the TOT of Ukraine.
"You will see photos from our people who do not give up, do not panic and remind the occupiers every day that Ukraine's borders are 603.7 thousand km2."
Meanwhile,activists of the Vyshyvanka Festival NGO and all those who wished to participate unfurled a 34-meter-long flag of Ukraine in Odesa on Independence Day.
Traditionally, the flag is supposed to be as long as the number of years of Ukraine's independence, so each year it is longer. The flag unfurling was followed by a patriotic car rally.
In the occupied Crimean peninsula, activists of the Resistance Movement left patriotic murals. The action is dedicated to the National Flag Day and is intended to remind us that the Ukrainian spirit cannot be broken on the peninsula.
The action was dedicated to the National Flag Day of Ukraine, which is celebrated on August 23. On the southern coast of the peninsula, activists left murals with slogans "Crimea is Ukraine!" and symbols of the resistance movement.
