Enemy drones damaged port equipment in Odesa region

Drones hit southern Odesa region at night, causing a fire on an empty ship. There were no casualties, and the ports were temporarily suspended.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Sea Port Authority, Oleh Kiper.
On the night of November 24, another attack by enemy drones was recorded in the south of Odesa region. This time, the attack targeted civilian port infrastructure, damaging equipment.
A fire broke out on one of the idle vessels, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers. There has been no information about any fatalities or injuries so far.
According to the official, all port services worked in a coordinated manner: the vessels were quickly unmoored, cargo operations were temporarily suspended and moved to safe areas.
At night, the air raid alert was announced twice. The first time it was in effect from 23:32 to 00:19 due to the threat of drone attacks from the Black Sea, and explosions were heard in Izmail around 00:06. The second time, the alert lasted from 01:31 to 02:48, when kamikaze drones again attacked the south of Odesa region.
On the night of November 23, attack drones again struck Odesa region. Air defense was able to shoot down most of the drones, but some of them broke through and hit civilian infrastructure. Direct hits and falling debris caused fires at energy and transportation facilities, which rescuers quickly extinguished. Private homes were also damaged, with windows smashed, roofs and fences damaged.
Also on the morning of November 21, during a prolonged air raid, the enemy again attacked the region with kamikaze drones. In different districts of Odesa and the region, debris fell and direct hits without detonation were recorded. In the private sector, the roofs and facades of houses were damaged, and debris fell at the level of the 11th floor of an unfinished building and on the territory of a hotel. There were no reports of deaths or injuries.
On the night of November 17, the Russian army launched another massive drone strike in Odesa region. The energy and port infrastructure was damaged, and several civilian vessels were damaged. Rescuers extinguished the fires that broke out after the attack. One person was injured.
