Enemy continues to terrorize residents of southern Odesa region

On the night of June 12, 2025, the Russian military again launched Shahed-type kamikaze drones at the Vilkovo territorial community.
According to the Izmail district administration, the infrastructure was damaged, and there were no casualties among the population.
"Despite the active work of the air defense forces, which shot down some of the enemy drones, the attack damaged civilian infrastructure: a reed harvesting company and several apartment buildings. Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the attack," the statement said.
According to the State Emergency Service of Odesa region, the fire also destroyed two combines and one truck.
The prosecutor's office has already launched a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes.
"Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by the Russian military," the agency said.
