The work is expected to be completed by noon.

DTEK Odesa Power Grids reported that the power was cut off due to an accident.

The Russian army continued its energy terror against Ukrainians. Thus, part of Odesa was cut off as a result of the Russian attack on the energy infrastructure of the region at night on October 11. The power supply in the city has now been restored.
