Drones caused a fire in the port of Izmail

The infrastructure of the Izmail Commercial Sea Port was attacked by Russian drones on the night of September 2.
According to the press service of the district administration, fires broke out in the port, which have now been extinguished.
According to preliminary information, there were no human casualties or significant damage. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of September 2, the enemy attacked with 150 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of imitator drones. The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:00 a.m., air defense shot down or engaged 120 enemy Shahed-type UAVs and various types of imitator drones in the north, south, east, and center of the country. At the same time, 30 attack UAVs were recorded in nine locations, as well as the fall of downed UAVs (wreckage) in five locations.
Sumy and Bila Tserkva also came under attack. In Sumy, a hit occurred near one of the city's kindergartens. In particular, unmanned aerial vehicles were seen flying over a non-residential building in the Zarichny district of the city. There are also reports of victims in Sumy who sought outpatient care, including a child.
The town of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region suffered the most last night. One person has already been reported dead there - the body of a man was found during firefighting at a garage cooperative. It is also known that the city has recorded damage to the glazing of multi-storey buildings, fires on the territory of a garage cooperative, commercial and industrial premises. Local residents are asked to close their windows because of smoke. The attack resulted in the destruction and fire of hangars and three-story buildings of the enterprise. The fires have now been extinguished.
