In the occupied Crimea, Ukrainian intelligence conducted a successful operation: a drone of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine destroyed the latest Russian radar systemValdai.
This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
The operation was carried out by the specialists of the Unmanned Systems Directorate of the DIU's Active Operations Department. They first detected the camouflaged complex and then conducted a targeted strike on it.

The destroyed Valdai radar is one of the most advanced developments of the Russian military-industrial complex. It was specially designed to detect, track and counter small drones.
The system uses a three-axis radar and a direction finding module to identify drones, and then uses electronic warfare (EW) to suppress their control channels.
Thus, the GUR destroyed the very system that was designed to combat Ukrainian UAVs. The cost of the eliminated radar is estimated at more than $5 million per unit. The loss of such a strategically important and expensive complex is a serious blow to the radar control and air defense capabilities of the Russian occupation forces on the peninsula.
Earlier, Ukrainian troops struck at Russian military facilities in Crimea and Kherson region. An oil terminal in Feodosia, a radar station in Krasna Polyana and a UAV control center in Oleshky were damaged.
Ukraine's defense forces continue to strike at Russian military and strategically important facilities , weakening Russia's offensive and military-economic potential.
According to updated data, on the night of October 13, 2025, the Sea Oil Terminal enterprise in the temporarily occupied Feodosia, TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, was hit again. 16 fuel tanks that survived the previous attack were damaged, and a large-scale fire is burning on the territory. The total volume of petroleum products in the tanks was about 193 thousand cubic meters. The terminal supplies fuel and lubricants to Russian troops.
