The Velyko Oleksandrivskyi District Court issued a verdict in absentia in the case of collaboration against Lesya Voznyuk, a native of the village of Kalanchak, Kherson region, and a resident of Kherson. The court found her guilty and sentenced her to ten years in prison with confiscation of all her property.
This is stated in the court's verdict.
She was sentenced to ten years in prison with confiscation of property. Voznyuk was also banned from holding positions in state authorities, public administration, local self-government and engaging in activities related to the provision of public services for 15 years.
As the investigation established, in June 2022, the occupation authorities created the so-called Kherson Oblast Agricultural Supervision Inspectorate in Kherson. Later, Vozniuk began working in one of the structural units of this institution, in the field of veterinary medicine. In March 2023, she headed the illegal "Reference Center," which was moved to Skadovsk, on the left bank of the Kherson region, before the city was liberated.
According to witnesses, Lesya Voznyuk worked as a laboratory assistant at the central market in Kherson before the full-scale Russian invasion. After the city was seized, she was seen in an illegally created occupation institution. Another witness added that the convict conducted interviews and supervised the work of "market laboratory workers". In October 2022, Vozniuk moved to the left bank of the Kherson region, where she continues to work in the relevant "structure".
A blogger from Pivdennoukrainsk, Oleksandr Nadyozha, was sentenced to 8 years for attempting to overthrow the constitutional order and justifying Russian aggression. The appeal was returned and the sentence came into force.
The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv has sentenced a blogger from Pivdenoukrainsk, Oleksandr Nadyozha, to eight years in prison for attempting to overthrow the constitutional order of Ukraine. This is stated in the decision of the Kyiv Court of Appeal of September 10, 2025.
By a verdict of May 2, 2025, he was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 109 (violent overthrow of the constitutional order), Part 2 of Article 436-1 (dissemination of communist symbols) and Part 1 of Article 436-2 (justification of Russian aggression) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property, except for housing.
