In the Kherson region, based on SBU materials, the court sentenced the occupation "head of the Holoprystan city territorial community of Skadovsk district, Kherson region" and his first deputy.
According to the press service of the agency, based on SBU materials, the court found the occupation "head of the Holoprystan city territorial community of Skadovsk district, Kherson region" Gennady Nedyalkov and his first deputy, Yulia Cheremisina. They were sentenced to 12 years in prison.
The investigation proved that the convicts actively contributed to the establishment of the occupiers' regime in the territory of the district they seized. In their "positions", they "solved" issues of "social protection of the population", "financial and humanitarian assistance". The enemy's accomplices collected information about local residents that the enemy needed. They searched for and transferred material resources to the representatives of the occupation administration to ensure their "effective" activities.
Based on the evidence collected by the SBU investigators, the court found Nedialkov and Cheremisina guilty under Part 2 of Article 28, Part 1 of Article 111-2 (aiding the aggressor state committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They were sentenced to 12 years in prison with disqualification to hold positions in public authorities, public administration, and local self-government for 15 years, with confiscation of property.
The criminals are currently in the temporarily occupied territory of southern Ukraine. SBU officers are taking comprehensive measures to bring them to justice.
The press service reminded that this is the second sentence to the enemy's accomplices. In June of this year, the court found Gennadiy Nedyalkov and Yulia Cheremisina guilty of collaboration under Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced them to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
The pre-trial investigation was conducted by the SBU Office in Kherson region under the supervision of the Regional Prosecutor's Office.
