Second wave of seizure of Ukrainian property in occupied Kherson region

In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region and other regions of Ukraine, the enemy has started a new wave of "ownerless property" discovery.
This was reported by the press service of the National Resistance Center.
The report says that in order to seize the property of Ukrainians who left the region due to the occupation or to force them to return by blackmail, the Russians are compiling lists of relevant property that they threaten to seize if the documents are not reissued in accordance with the enemy's legislation.
The press service noted that utility workers and heads of condominiums should help them in this, submitting a list of apartments that are empty or not occupied by their owners for inspection.
Earlier it was reported that the occupation authorities of the occupied territory of Kherson region published several lists of residential premises that they threaten to take away from their owners if they do not provide them with title documents. Most of the addresses are in the settlements of Henichesk, Novotroitsk, Chaplynsk, Velykolepetska, Skadovsk and Hornostayivska communities of the left-bank Kherson region. The invaders demand that owners of real estate they consider ownerless bring them title documents and a Russian passport within 30 calendar days. If the owner fails to appear, the apartments or houses are threatened to be recognized as "ownerless" and handed over to the occupation authorities. Russians call this process "nationalization".
It was also said that in the occupied part of the Kherson region and other regions of the country, Russians have come up with a way to increase the list of"ownerless property" in order to squeeze it from residents of the temporarily occupied territories who have left the region. Now, Russians do not actually recognize "powers of attorney" because they require the property owner to indicate the country where the property is located. However, it is of course impossible to do this on the basis of Ukrainian documents.
