Russians wound ten civilians in Kherson region overnight

Yesterday, on August 23, the Russian military shelled a cultural institution; residential areas of the region's settlements, including 3 high-rise buildings and 10 private houses. The occupiers also damaged a gas pipeline and private cars. As a result of Russian aggression, 10 people were injured.

According to them, Stanislav, Antonivka, Kizomys, Sadove, Shyroka Balka, Bilozerka, Poniativka, Mykilske, Beryslav, Novoraysk, Mylove, Havrylivka, Zmiivka, and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and air strikes.

Around five in the morning , the Russian army shelled a house in Kizomys. A 64-year-old man was injured in the shelling. He sustained contusion, blast injury and a broken tibia. A local resident was also injured in the nighttime Russian shelling of Antonivka . A 61-year-old woman came under enemy fire in her own home. She sustained light injuries: an explosive trauma and a shrapnel wound to her arm. In addition, a 63-year-old woman sustained explosive trauma, concussion, bruises to the back of the head and shrapnel wounds to her thigh as a result of the explosive drop. The 62-year-old victim sustained an explosive trauma and a leg injury.

In the afternoon, Russians shelled a public transport stop in Kindiytsia, injuring a local resident. A 52-year-old man was admitted to the hospital with an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh. His condition is light. In addition, the Russians dropped explosives in the yard of a house, causing a 51-year-old man to sustain an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to his face.

In Stanislav , a person was injured by a Russian drone strike. A 47-year-old man sustained explosive trauma and contusion as a result of a UAV dropping explosives on a car. Also, a resident of Kherson, who was hit by a Russian UAV in the afternoon, was hospitalized. The 50-year-old man sustained an explosive injury. In addition, an ambulance crew brought to the hospital a 47-year-old Kherson woman who sustained an explosive injury and contusion due to the dropping of explosives from an enemy drone.

At about 17:30, the occupation forces shelled Kherson with artillery. A 62-year-old woman came under enemy fire. Doctors diagnosed her with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as contusion. A 48-year-old man sustained a mine-blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh.
