The enemy plans to overcome the shortage of personnel in the occupation administration of the Kherson region by bringing in seconded officials from Kaliningrad.

This was reported by the press service of the National Resistance Center.

The post says that in this way the invaders plan to support the functioning of their occupation structures, as the local population almost never goes to work for the Russians, and the vast majority of qualified personnel have left the region. As for the collaborators who cooperated with the occupiers, the local underground is "working" with them. Thus, in the morning of October 7, a powerful explosion occurred in the village of Novotroitske of the community of the same name in the Genichesk district of Kherson region. Later it became known that a car carrying the head of the local department of the occupation police was blown up. He survived, but his leg was blown off as a result of the explosion. According to the occupation registers, the head of the occupation police department of Novotroitske is a local collaborator, Lyashko Serhiy Volodymyrovych, born on December 5, 1990, a native of the village of Hromivka. He graduated from the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, after which he worked as a district police officer in the Genichesk district.

The press service added that in general, officials are planned to continue to be shuffled from different regions, which will take turns replacing each other. It is also noted that the touring officials will, of course, receive larger payments than local traitors, who are expendable for the occupiers.

Earlier it was reported that in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and other regions of Ukraine, the shortage of personnel does not allow the enemy to find traitors to work as bailiffs. Despite the high salaries and social package for the occupied region, there are no people willing to serve the enemy. As a result, the vast majority of bailiffs in the courts are Russians who have no desire to stay in hostile, alien land.
