On October 17, the occupants shelled the town of Beryslav in Kherson region. One of the shells hit an apartment in a high-rise building, causing a fire.
According to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region, Beryslav rescuers extinguished the fire on an area of 40 square meters.
Also, the night before, after a series of enemy shelling, two fires broke out in one of the neighborhoods of Kherson at different addresses. It is noted that the roof of an inactive service station and a car were on fire. The fires were quickly extinguished.

Rescuers in Kherson region also had to extinguish fires caused by enemy shelling twice. In the village of Komyshany, an outbuilding and dead wood on an area of 200 square meters were burning after enemy attacks. The fires were extinguished.
In addition, Kherson firefighters had to extinguish fires caused by enemy shelling twice the day before. Thus, in the evening, an enemy munition hit the territory of a private yard, a fire broke out, which firefighters quickly extinguished. At night, the occupants attacked a residential building in one of the neighborhoods of Kherson. The fire was extinguished on the area of 60 square meters.
Earlier it was reported that in the village of Bilozerka, the occupants hit an outbuilding and a car. Firefighters managed to quickly extinguish the fire. Also, at night, after a series of shelling, two cars and a warehouse caught fire in one of the neighborhoods of Kherson. The fires were extinguished. The day before, the town of Beryslav came under fire. A residential building caught fire on one of the streets of the city as a result of an enemy munition hit. Beryslav firefighters extinguished the fire.
On October 1, Antonivka, a suburb of Kherson, once again suffered from enemy shelling. During the day, Kherson rescuers went to extinguish fires in residential buildings at different addresses three times.
